Als installatietechnisch gebouw inspecteur (Building Surveyor) maak je deel uit van team Transactional Services. Het team heeft nationale en internationale Lenders & Investors (L&I) klanten en werkt aan projecten in Nederland, maar soms ook daarbuiten. Voor internationale portfolio’s werk je samen met collega’s uit Europa en UK. Het werkveld is dynamisch en kent vaak korte deadlines. Samenwerken, elkaar helpen en plezier staat daarom bij het team bovenaan. In jouw rol voer je samen met collega’s Technical Due Diligence (TDD) onderzoeken uit en weet je (gebouwgebonden) installaties te beoordelen op hun technische staat, conformiteit met wet- en regelgeving en breng je CAPEX-investeringen in kaart.…
