Doel van de functie Als Senior Inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor de sourcing van nieuwe leveranciers, voer je onderhandelingen met de leveranciers en plaats én monitor je orders. Trends volg je op de voet en op basis daarvan koop je producten in en/of laat ze ontwikkelen. Je bent sterk in het vertalen van trends en ontwikkelingen in de markt naar artikelen die passen in het assortiment van de productgroep. De organisatie Werken bij Koopman International betekent dat je onderdeel bent van een Amsterdams bedrijf met ruim 80 jaar historie, waar ruim 800 collega´s samenwerken om de bekende retailers in Europa te bevoorraden.
