Oosterhout – 2-ploegendienst Bostik is op zoek naar een Voorman Productie voor onze locatie in Oosterhout. De functie vervul je in een 2-ploegendienst (6.00u – 14.30u / 14.30u – 23.00u). Wat ga je doen? In Oosterhout produceert Bostik siliconen en acrylaat kitten. Ons productieproces bestaat uit het mengen, afvullen en inpakken van deze producten. We hebben in Oosterhout een modern machinepark, werken continu aan verdere automatisering en dat doen we in een 2-ploegendienst. Als Voorman Productie ben je samen met de Teamleider verantwoordelijk voor een eigen team van circa 20 medewerkers. Je zorgt voor een goed lopend machinepark, met een hoog rendement. Het verminderen van stilstand m.b.v. de juiste afstellingen van machines en randapparatuur en het begeleiden van operators m.b.t.…
