Focus Area 1: Zero-Touch MVNO Onboarding Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) depend on different network and IT systems to launch and manage their mobile services. You will investigate how MVNO onboarding can be made simpler, faster and more automated. You will analyse the current process, identify manual activities and dependencies, and explore opportunities to automate parts of the onboarding journey. You may work on: Mapping the current MVNO onboarding process. Identifying manual steps, dependencies, and bottlenecks. Understanding interactions between Mobile Core and supporting IT and network systems. Exploring automation opportunities using APIs and workflow automation. Developing recommendations and, where feasible, a small proof of concept.…
