About this job
As an HR Advisor, you are the first point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR-related matters. You advise on employment conditions, performance management, absenteeism, employability, and labour law-related topics. In addition, you coordinate absenteeism and reintegration processes and maintain relationships with occupational health services, company doctors, and the UWV. You will also play a key role in recruitment. You coordinate the full recruitment and selection process for operational and technical positions, work closely with hiring managers, and maintain relationships with candidates, temporary employment agencies, and recruitment partners. Alongside your advisory role, you are responsible for the accurate and timely administration of HR processes.…
