Als Designer Outerwear ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige outerwearcategorie: technische ski-jassen, jassen en tussenseizoensjassen die presteren op de berg en er ook daarbuiten moeiteloos uitzien. Je overziet de categorie van begin tot eind. Je bepaalt de opbouw van de range, vertaalt het seizoensconcept naar een sterk en commercieel uitgebalanceerd aanbod, en bewaakt het proces van eerste schets en stofkeuze tot de goedkeuring van de pasvorm. Je werkt nauw samen met Product Development, het technische team, Sales en onze leveranciers, en je houdt design, functionaliteit en commerciële waarde in balans. Je volgt de trends in mode, materialen en performance-innovatie op de voet en verwerkt die in collecties die onmiskenbaar Goldbergh zijn.
