Als Design Director geef je leiding aan het design team van Goldbergh. Jij geeft dat team vorm: je bepaalt hoe we werken, wie erbij komt en hoe we elke collectie opnieuw sterker neerzetten. Je zorgt voor een inspirerende, professionele werkomgeving en vertaalt de creatieve richting van het merk naar heldere briefings en concrete collectieplannen. Een belangrijk deel van je rol is het team laten groeien. Je trekt talent aan, ontwikkelt en behoudt het, en zet rollen en verantwoordelijkheden scherp neer. Daarnaast richt je de processen in en verbeter je ze, van concept en ontwerp tot productontwikkeling en de overdracht aan productie. Je werkt nauw samen met Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain en Finance, zodat elke collectie commercieel sterk en maakbaar is.…
