In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en organiseren van export luchtvrachtzendingen conform de specificatie van de klant en richtlijnen van Geodis. Je bent het centrale punt in een dynamisch proces. Je communiceert met klanten, leveranciers, kantoren en agenten. Je maakt afspraken met vervoerders en airlines conform de wensen van de klant. Hierbij probeer je proactief te zorgen dat marges worden vergroot zonder dat dit ten koste gaat van de kwaliteit die je levert. Als accuraat persoon zorg je ervoor dat de data die je in het systeem invoert altijd correct is. Ook zorg je ervoor dat alle luchtvracht gerelateerde documenten en facturen foutloos worden opgemaakt. Na een gedegen inwerkperiode zal er sprake zijn van periodieke standby/weekenddiensten.…
