Job Summary We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and people-oriented Onboarding Specialist to create a seamless and welcoming experience for candidates and new employees. From coordinating interview visits and first-day activities to supporting international employees with relocation and settling into the Netherlands, you will manage key touchpoints throughout the onboarding journey. Working closely with People/HR, Recruitment, Marketing, IT, hiring managers, and external partners, you will ensure a smooth, well-coordinated experience while continuously improving our processes.
