The Role The Algorithm Architect provides technical leadership for the algorithms that turn raw measurement data into accurate, trusted physical parameters. They own the architecture of the data-processing, data-conditioning and model-based reconstruction algorithms used across the measurement pipeline, and act as the technical anchor for the algorithm engineering team's day-to-day work. This person sets technical direction, decides which algorithmic approaches to apply and why, identifies improvements and defines the roadmap to meet them. This is an individual-contributor role: you won't have direct reports or formal people-management duties, but technical leadership and mentorship of the algorithm engineering team are a core, explicit part of what you do.…
