We are seeking a data-driven CRM Executive with a strong track record in lead nurture and management to own lead and lifecycle marketing across our SaaS products (Salonized, Treatwell Connect, Treatwell Expert). Reporting to our senior B2B marketing manager, you will design, run, and scale nurture, conversion, recycle, and win-back programmes in Salesforce, working hand-in-hand with a multi-national sales team to turn marketing-generated leads into well-onboarded salon partners. 🧐 You will be responsible for: CRM Lifecycle Strategy: Execute the end-to-end lead nurture, conversion, recycle, and win-back journeys across the SaaS funnel, from lead scoring and segmentation through to automated and sales-assisted follow-up.…
