About this job
We’re looking for someone who loves long-form video editing and lives and breathes YouTube. You obsess over video structure, hooks and pacing, and understand what makes a title or thumbnail worth clicking. You follow editors like Hayden Hillier-Smith, Finzar and Jordan Orme, and can explain the creative decisions that make a video work. You’ll work alongside our YouTube Creator & Host and a dedicated motion designer to turn creative AI workflows into videos people love watching. You’ll generate AI footage and supporting visuals, own the edit, and shape each video’s structure, storytelling and pacing. Beyond the edit, you’ll lead titles, thumbnail briefs, publishing and performance analysis.…
