About the role We’re looking for a People Ops Associate to help run the day-to-day people operations behind Monumental. You’ll work closely with our People Ops team, supporting colleagues from their first day to their last and keeping our HR administration accurate and up to date. This is a role for someone near the start of their career who already has hands-on experience in People Ops or HR in the Netherlands. Fluent Dutch, spoken and written, and experience with Dutch HR processes are hard requirements. You don’t need a background in robotics or construction. Your work will help new colleagues get started properly, employees get clear answers and the company keep people records it can trust. Some tasks are repetitive and require patience.…
