Efficiently and accurately process parts orders, ensuring timely delivery to customers and technicians. Collaborate with vendors and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing parts shipments. Monitor and maintain adequate levels of inventory to meet customer demand. Conduct regular stock checks, reconcile discrepancies, and update inventory records in the dealership's system. Utilize technical knowledge to assist customers and service technicians in identifying the correct parts for repairs and maintenance. Stay informed about new products & advancements in automotive parts. Handle cash and process payments accurately, providing customers with receipts for transactions.…
