Als Teamleider (E&I Installatieverantwoordelijke) ben jij de drijvende kracht van onze technische installaties. Je geeft inspirerend leiding aan een team Monteurs (ca. 9 FTE) waarbij je doelstellingen zoals kwantiteit, kwaliteit, rendement, veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu gezamenlijk probeert te bereiken. Hiernaast ben je continu op zoek naar nieuwe mogelijkheden tot optimalisatie van resultaten en bewaak je de continuïteit, zowel op korte als middellange termijn. Als Teamleider geef je hiërarchisch leiding en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verbeteren van de teamprestatie en de individuele prestaties door het toepassen van Envalior HR-instrumenten.
