Adviseur re-integratie & verzuim Venlo & Roermond Als Adviseur Re-integratie en Verzuim lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het terugdringen van verzuim en het vergroten van de inzetbaarheid van UPS’ers. Je adviseert leidinggevenden en managers rondom verzuimdossiers en begeleidt casemanagers om de kwaliteit en effectiviteit van re-integratie trajecten te waarborgen. Dit ga je doen Als adviseur re-integratie en verzuim focus je je op een duurzame inzetbaarheid van alle UPS medewerkers. Je ontwikkelt strategieën en actieplannen om UPS’ers zo goed mogelijk te begeleiden, maar houdt hierbij ook bedrijfsbelangen in de gaten. Samen met casemanagers, medewerkers en andere stakeholder werk je aan effectieve re-integratieplannen en re-integratieprocessen.…
