Als Operational Research Specialist / Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het redesignen en het optimaliseren van het vrachtwagen linehaul-netwerk van de Benelux. Je analyseert bestaande transportstromen tussen sorteerhubs en vertaalt deze naar een efficiënt, schaalbaar en toekomstbestendig netwerk. Je krijgt de vrijheid om het huidige netwerk opnieuw in te richten en op te delen in meerdere beheersbare subnetwerken, waardoor de complexiteit wordt verminderd en we ons voorbereiden op de elektrische toekomst. Je houdt rekening met factoren zoals: Beschikbaarheid van volume binnen de sorteerlocaties Servicelevels en afleverbeloftes Rij- en rusttijden van chauffeurs Capaciteit van voertuigen en hubs Operationele en financiële efficiëntie.…
