Location: Amsterdam, Hullenbergweg 81-135 (Office), Netherlands The Human Resources department is responsible for all employee related activities in the most broad sense. The HR Department plays a vital role to the success of the NL organisation. The Dutch HR department is multi-disciplinary and exists off HR Directors, HR Business Partners, HR Shared Service Centre, together with a number of Centres of Excellence (CoE); Compensations & Benefits, Professional Development, Payroll, HRIS, HR Legal, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Culture and the “Pensioenbureau”. The HR team supports all Dutch offices; Hengelo, Huizen, Eindhoven and Delft. As HR we want to be good and always strive to get better. In this we act together as one.
