Na een gedegen interne training, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring, ga je zelfstandig werken als cytologisch analist. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de beoordeling van cytologische preparaten en je kent hieraan een diagnose toe. Taken en Verantwoordelijkheden: Je beoordeelt / screent cervix cytologische preparaten. Je werkt in overeenstemming met kwaliteitsnormen en vigerende landelijke beroepsrichtlijnen Je werkt samen met je collega’s en de patholoog om tot de meest accurate diagnose te komen. Je draagt bij aan een georganiseerde en efficiënte werkomgeving door het meedenken over (proces) verbeteringen. Je bent in staat zelfstandig te werken maar je bent tegelijkertijd ook een teamplayer MBO of HBO werk- en denkniveau Ervaring in het screenen van cervixcytologie.…
