As part of the Cepheid HR team, the Senior HR Generalist Northern Europe serves as an experienced HR professional across the region (Germany, UK, Austria, Switzerland, Nordics and BeNeLux) within Cepheid, independently resolving sensitive, escalated, and non-standard HR matters across the employee lifecycle. This role applies strong policy, process, and employee relations judgment to support associates and people leaders, while partnering across HR Service Delivery, People Partners, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Centers of Excellence, and Legal or Employee Relations resources as appropriate. The Senior HR Generalist contributes to consistent case outcomes, improved service quality, and practical solutions that strengthen the associate and leader experience.…
