In deze rol geef je richting aan de HR-agenda en help je de organisatie verder te groeien. Je versterkt leiderschap en talentontwikkeling en bouwt aan HR-processen die op meerdere locaties werken, met behoud van de pragmatische en commerciële cultuur. Wat breng je mee? Ruime ervaring als HR Directeur of senior HR-leider in een commerciële organisatie. Ervaring met HR in een internationale omgeving met meerdere vestigingen en culturen. Een aantoonbaar trackrecord in organisatieontwikkeling, leiderschapsontwikkeling en verandering. Brede HR-kennis, met bijzondere aandacht voor talentmanagement en arbeidsvoorwaarden.…
