Als HR-adviseur bij Eurofins Food, Feed & Water werk je in een organisatie die continu in beweging is. Je ondersteunt als MT-lid twee business units in Heerenveen, die verschillen in omvang en uitdagingen. Daarnaast ondersteun je op afstand een business unit met verschillende locaties in Nederland. Daardoor kom je in aanraking met een breed scala aan HR-vraagstukken en werk je samen met veel verschillende leidinggevenden en teams. Van een adviesvraag uit de dagelijkse praktijk tot een onderwerp dat gevolgen heeft voor een hele business unit: jij bent betrokken waar het gebeurt.
