We are looking for a hands-on Execution Research Group Lead to take full ownership of our Execution strategy across two major equity markets. In this role, you will be driving the research agenda, decoding complex market microstructure, and optimizing how our systems trade under extreme uncertainty. You will lead a targeted team of Researchers and work closely with dedicated Engineers and Research Analysts.
