Als Teamlead Chemistry Laboratory ben je samen met enkele andere teamleiders verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding over het Raw Material Testing laboratorium. Als Teamlead heb je een diverse rol en ben je onder andere bezig met leiding geven, planningen, trouble shooting en klantcontact. Heb je een (analytisch) chemische achtergrond en heb je minimaal enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbaar lab? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Als Teamlead Chemistry Laboratory ben je verantwoordelijk voor: De dagelijkse aansturing van een team van Analisten. De planning van analyses en het bewaken van de voortgang hiervan, zodanig dat afgesproken deadlines worden gehaald. Contacten met klanten ten aanzien van analyses en planning. Troubleshooting bij knelpunten in analyses.…
