We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced HR Lead to own HR operations for our Netherlands team and support our broader EMEA employee population. This is a broad HR role covering the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding through payroll, benefits, immigration, employee relations, and offboarding. You’ll also manage our relationships with EOR providers and help make sure our HR processes work well across the different countries where we have employees. But this role is about more than keeping HR processes moving. You’ll be a big part of the employee experience in Eindhoven, helping bring people together, driving engagement, organizing activities, and making the office a place people actually want to be. You’ll have plenty of room to bring your own ideas and make things happen.…
