Als supervisor zorg jij samen met jouw operationele leidinggevende ervoor dat de conducteurs in jouw team het beste uit zichzelf kunnen halen. Met jouw enthousiasme en leiderschapsvaardigheden zorg jij voor een positieve werksfeer en optimale inzet van de kwaliteiten van jouw team. Je staat als supervisor dicht bij je teamleden; je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor hun beoordelingscyclus, selecteert nieuwe medewerkers en zorgt voor een goede onboarding. Je werkt in deze rol nauw samen met de Branch Manager en de afdeling planning om het opgestelde branchplan op het gebied van de menskant uit te voeren.
