Als Junior Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder AFAS ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers van AFAS Profit, InSite en de Pocket App. Je helpt collega's met hun dagelijkse vragen en leert tegelijkertijd hoe systemen, processen en mensen binnen Bosch met elkaar verbonden zijn. Wat ga je doen? Gebruikers ondersteunen bij vragen en incidenten in AFAS. Problemen analyseren en oplossingen bedenken Verbeteringen signaleren en doorvoeren in workflows en processen. Samenwerken met key-users en collega's uit HR, Finance, Sales en Operations. Werkinstructies en documentatie maken en onderhouden. Wie zoeken wij?
