As Senior Insurance Manager, you lead the Group Insurance framework end-to-end—strategy, governance, renewals, claims, broker management and risk-aligned program design. You ensure full compliance, operational excellence and resilient protection across the Group and act as the central insurance authority, steering internal and external stakeholders and driving continuous improvement across systems, processes and standards. You have a strong background in managing global insurance programmes in a multinational defense & manufacturing environment, including policy negotiations, claims handling, and insurance cost allocation.
