What you'll do We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Specialist to join our team in in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be part of the Finance Team and support our Tax Manager who is responsible for the payroll of our multiple entities. You will ensure the highest quality along with the smooth workflow of tasks like: Execute our Dutch payroll in ADP Ensure payroll set up meets company requirements and records are aligned to guidelines Maintain and reconcile payroll records and verify and administer payroll data Work closely with HR Operations to ensure activities, responsibilities and hand-offs between HR and Payroll are clearly defined, efficient and consistently followed Review existing payroll and HR-related processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies and drive improvements…
