Your Mission As Senior Director, People Operations, you will lead the operational backbone of the People function across Catawiki’s operating countries. You will set the strategic direction for People Operations, Payroll, Reward and Benefits, Compliance, Employee relations & Wellbeing, Facilities and Workplace Experience. You will strengthen scalable and compliant operations while maintaining a consistent employee experience. This includes improving processes through automation, AI and self-service, strengthening governance and controls, and enabling better decisions through people insights.
