Wat je gaat doen Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten van DHL Global Forwarding en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze afhandeling van luchtvrachtzendingen. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de afhandeling door airlines, controleert zendingen die via Starkbroker zijn geboekt op performance, en lost issues tijdens transport op. Daarnaast: • Voorzie je stations van feedback over performance en vertragingen. • Ondersteun je de Operations-afdeling (OPS) bij dagelijkse werkzaamheden. • Informeer je klanten continu over de status van hun zendingen, levertijden en tarieven. • Zorg je voor een correcte facturatie en administratieve afhandeling. • Documenteer je alles zorgvuldig in de systemen (CW1, CXD, Excel). Alle werkzaamheden voer je uit conform het DGF Health & Safety beleid.…
