Jij zal bijdragen aan USP (Upsteam Processing) onderzoeksprojecten voor medicijnen. Voor deze medicijnen worden op kleine schaal veelvuldig experimenten uitgevoerd, met als doel de productie van deze medicijnen te ondersteunen, en verbeteringen in dit productieproces te onderzoeken. Je ondersteunt bioreactor runs met verschillende cellijnen en verschillende producten. Zo ben je, onder andere, verantwoordelijk voor: USP activiteiten op laboratoriumschaal Uitvoeren van ondersteunende taken voor lab readiness, proces transfer en (analytische) methode transfer Uitvoeren van celkweek en analytische methodes In de toekomst mogelijk ondersteuning van introductie nieuwe producten Ondersteunen van planning en uitvoering van laboratory scale-down model establishment en satellietstudies Het…
