De functie Als Head of Application Management krijg je de unieke kans om een team te bouwen en te professionaliseren. Je bent de spil in de doorontwikkeling van het applicatielandschap en speelt een cruciale rol in de implementatie van het nieuwe (low code) ERP-systeem. Je geeft leiding aan een team van zeven applicatiebeheerders en zorgt voor structuur, sturing en prioritering. In deze rol combineer je leiderschap met inhoud. Je bent een meewerkend voorman die hands-on betrokken is, met name bij de implementatie van het nieuwe ERP-systeem. Je bent de drijvende kracht achter de vernieuwing van het team, coacht je collega’s en neemt hen mee in de transitie naar een toekomstbestendig IT-landschap. Je bepaalt mede hoe we de komende jaren onze digitale operatie inrichten.…
