Als Medewerker Contractadministratie zorg je ervoor dat alle contractuele en financiële afspraken correct worden verwerkt en dat de facturatie richting onze klanten soepel verloopt. Jij bent verantwoordelijk vanaf het moment van aanmelding tot aan de factuur — een cruciale rol in de klanttevredenheid. Je helpt klanten met wijzigingen in het contract, vragen over facturen en informatieverzoeken. Ook heb je veel contact met collega’s van Sales, Operations en de Projectdesk. Samen zorgen jullie voor een optimale klantbeleving. Je dag is afwisselend: van het wegwerken van binnenkomende tickets tot projectmatig werken aan communicatie- en verbetertrajecten.
