Je werkt in multidisciplinaire teams in verschillende fases van gebiedsontwikkeling, van visie tot uitvoering. Vanuit jouw expertise stel je daarin “haalbaarheid” centraal. Jij snapt de (financiële) belangen van stakeholders en durft buiten gestelde kaders te denken wanneer kwaliteit of voortgang in het gedrang komt. Je kunt integrale business cases lezen en schrijven.
