In de functie van shopmanager ben je fulltime werkzaam in onze winkel Eindhoven Woensel Jouw collega’s zijn gediplomeerd hoorspecialisten. Samen met hen vorm je een ijzersterk team, waarin jij als kartrekker fungeert. Tevens ben je verlengstuk van je regiomanager. Met jouw efficiënte personeelsplanning zorg je voor een positieve beïnvloeding van de productiviteit van je medewerkers. Je handelt ondernemend en hebt een coachende rol richting je collega’s. Je zet de (commerciële) puntjes op de i en laat de winkel hiermee in alle opzichten groeien. In samenwerking met je regiomanager zorg je voor een continue procesverbetering. MBO+ werk- en denkniveau; Leidinggevende, commerciële werkervaring in de retail; Woonachtig in omgeving van Eindhoven; Ambitie tot het doorlopen van een compleet mbo-4…
