Als Customer Success Manager ben jij de vaste partner voor een portfolio van e-commerce klanten. Je focust niet alleen op retentie en tevredenheid — je focust op groei. Meer OOH-conversie bij de checkout, hogere conversie voor onze klanten en lagere servicekosten. Jij vertaalt wat wij kunnen naar wat de klant écht nodig heeft. Je werkt nauw samen met ons commerciële en operationele team in Vianen. WAT JE GAAT DOEN: Portfolio management — Je beheert een eigen portfolio van actieve klanten, met focus op volume-ontwikkeling, klanttevredenheid en commerciële groei. Checkout & conversie-optimalisatie — Je analyseert hoe InPost gepresenteerd wordt in de checkout van klanten en adviseert over verbeteringen die OOH-conversie omhoog brengen.…
