As an individual contributor, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, delivering expert HR guidance and ensuring alignment between the people strategy and the broader business objectives. You will partner closely with leaders across functions such as GTM Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Corporate Functions.
