The Role Willis Towers Watson is the global leader in executive compensation consulting, with 400 consultants advising over 2,500 companies worldwide on this topic. The Executive Compensation team is, as part of the Talent & Rewards segment, focused on the way in which companies can achieve their strategic objectives through their executives.
