Als Customer Success Manager speel je een sleutelrol in de onboarding van onze partners, waarbij je hen kennis laat maken met onze visie om de schoonheidsindustrie volledig online te brengen. Onze salonpartners zijn essentieel voor het realiseren van onze missie: het creëren van de perfecte haar- en beauty-ervaring. Om hierin te slagen, ondersteunen wij hen bij het adopteren van onze tools, het stimuleren van klanten online te laten boeken en het bieden van een uitzonderlijke ervaring aan alle Treatwell-klanten, zodat zij telkens weer terugkomen. Met jouw drive om partners te inspireren, op te leiden en te digitaliseren, werk je vanaf de start nauw samen met salons.…
