The Role We’re looking for a Strategy & Program Manager to help shape the future of Adyen’s Global Operations. You’ll sit within the Strategy & Execution team and work across our core operational domains: Support, Professional Services, and Merchant Operations. This role is for a strategic operator who connects commercial ambition, technical innovation, and operational delivery. You won’t be tracking tasks. You’ll be taking on the hardest, least-defined problems in the organization and turning them into structures that work at scale. Your focus will shift as priorities shift, so expect a broad scope and an environment that keeps changing.
