Introduction to the job The Senior Portfolio Manager is a central supporter in the Real Estate Team. Within the Real Estate Development and Strategy (REDS) team, she or he plays a pivot role to ensure REDS responsibility for Global (non-)Industrial and Real Estate Strategies, transaction as the development of Masterplans which are aligned with ASML’s strategic business / sector demands. Role and responsibilities The purpose of REDS is to provide adaptable, attractive and fit for purpose Real Estate to ensure growth of ASML, by developing and executing Real Estate Strategies and Master Plans, realizing Campus Developments and performing the role as principal for Programs and Projects ensuing from these Master Plans.…
