Omschrijving Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Programmamanager voor de Uitvoeringsorganisatie Herstel Toeslagen (UHT). In deze strategische interim opdracht werk je aan een complexe maatschappelijke veranderopgave met grote bestuurlijke, organisatorische en maatschappelijke impact. De centrale opgave van deze functie is het ontwikkelen, vormgeven, implementeren en duurzaam verankeren van de aanvullende schaderoute en de toekomstige inrichting van de bezwaarstromen binnen UHT. Daarbij zorg je voor samenhang tussen beleid, uitvoering, processen, organisatie-inrichting en implementatie.
