In deze unieke functie combineer je werken en leren terwijl je wordt opgeleid tot Audicien. Je start met de MBO-4 Audiciensopleiding in Steenwijk en leert hoe je klanten helpt aan de beste hooroplossing. Na het behalen van je diploma volg je een intern opleidingstraject om je verder te ontwikkelen richting Shopmanager, met als doel uiteindelijk onze winkels in de regio Dedemsvaart, Hardenberg en Hoogeveen aan te sturen.
