d2m Services recherche, pour le compte d’un acteur international du secteur de l’ingénierie offshore, un Contract Manager pour intervenir sur un projet FPSO dans le secteur Oil & Gas. Vos missions Rattaché(e) à l’équipe projet, vous assurez la gestion contractuelle du contrat principal ainsi que des contrats fournisseurs et sous-traitants. À ce titre, vous serez notamment chargé(e) de: Assurer l’administration des contrats et le suivi de leur conformité. Identifier les risques contractuels, les écarts et les opportunités commerciales. Gérer les modifications contractuelles, les variations, les réclamations et les garanties. Préparer et participer aux négociations avec le client, les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants.…
