We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex technology and business transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will possess extensive Agile delivery expertise and have demonstrable experience operating as both a Scrum Master and Product Owner. The role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage project delivery, facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, align stakeholders, and maximise business value through effective backlog management and prioritisation. The Senior Project Manager will work across multiple teams, programmes, and business functions to ensure delivery outcomes meet strategic objectives whilst fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
