We are looking for a Manager Field Services Resources – Global Field Services (Propulsion) You will be based in Drunen Netherlands, with hybrid working available (minimum three days present in the Drunen office). As Resources Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Propulsion Service and Commissioning Engineers, ensuring that the right skills are available at the right place and at the right time. You will create an environment where people can grow, collaborate and deliver excellent service to our customers. What you will do: Lead, coach and develop the Propulsion Service Engineers team. Manage assigned service delivery activities and resource requirements. Support competence development through coaching, mentoring and on-the-job training.…
