Jouw impact als Vestigingsmanager: Als Vestigingsmanager geef je leiding aan een team van circa 75 medewerkers. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, verbindt de verschillende afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat mensen prettig en effectief met elkaar samenwerken. Je aandacht ligt daarbij niet alleen op de dagelijkse operatie, maar nadrukkelijk ook op het ontwikkelen van medewerkers en het verder professionaliseren van de vestiging. Je geeft leiding vanuit vertrouwen en verbinding. Met een situationele aanpak weet je wat verschillende medewerkers nodig hebben, geef je verantwoordelijkheid en stimuleer je eigenaarschap.
