Jouw impact als Vestigingsmanager Als Vestigingsmanager bij Bakker Bart krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en de ruimte om jouw vestiging echt als je eigen winkel te runnen. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor je winkel, stuurt het team aan, beheert de P&L en zorgt dat de operatie van begin tot eind klopt. Je coacht je team en creëert een werksfeer waarin mensen het beste uit zichzelf halen. Tegelijk werk je zelf mee op de vloer en houd je overzicht, ook tijdens drukte. Als gezicht van de winkel bouw je aan lokaal succes, onder andere door de bezorgtak verder te ontwikkelen. Het doel is om de winkel verkoopklaar te maken voor een toekomstige franchisenemer, en die rol kan op termijn ook voor jou zijn.…
