The Global Tech M&A Program Manager leads Technology across mergers, acquisitions, divestments, carve-outs and strategic partnerships, from due diligence and price-tag planning through Day 1 readiness, integration or separation execution, and transition to steady-state operations. The role coordinates across Tech workstreams, manages interdependencies, risks and governance. Role accountabilities: Coordinate Tech due diligence activities across all Technology domains, including contracts, vendors and operating model assessment Identify Tech risks, technical debt, remediation costs, integration complexity and separation considerations Provide decision-ready findings and recommendations Contribute Tech cost estimates and integration assumptions supporting business case and valuation…
